Admission Procedure

  • Contact Us First

    You can reach out to us on phone or by Email. Please mention your child's age and standard you wish to admit them to. Based on preliminary questions we will suggest you the right standard if needed.

  • Keep these documents ready

    • Birth Certificate of the child (Mandatory)
    • Aadhar Card of the child (Mandatory)
    • Transfer Certificate from other school (Mandatory for admission into 2nd Standard and above)
    • Marks Card of the latest class studied in previous school (Mandatory for admission into 2nd Standard and above)
    • 4 Passport size & Stamp size photos of the child (Mandatory)
    • Aadhar card of both parents/guardian (Mandatory)
    • 4 Passport size photos of the parents/guardian (Mandatory)
    • Child and Parent/Guardian Income and Caste certificate. A Savings Bank account in the name of the child operated by the parent/guardian. (Applicable to students who want to avail scholarships provided by Karnataka State Government)

  • Fill in the application form

    • Offline Form: We request parents to avail the application forms and information brochure from the "Administration Office" which is located at the ground floor of Chinmayee Public School building.
    • Online Form: Parents can also fill out the application form online. You can fill the form by clicking here.

  • Meet the school administrator

    Please contact the school administrator along with all VALID DOCUMENTS (online and offline applicants) AND APPLICATION FORM (offline applicants).
    Place: "Administration Office" which is located at the ground floor of Chinmayee Public School building.
    Timings : 10.00 AM to 4 PM on all weekdays and Saturdays.

  • Sign the Fee Performa and make payment

    In order to have a transparent and seamless experience please read through the fee performa and school regulations before you sign them. We request parents to pay fees on time (in installments) as this will help the management provide quality education to your children.
